Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • We don’t refund or accept returns/replacement in any case.
  • In case the product is damaged during shipping, we expect the proof of the damage to be informed us within 8 hours of delivery time.
  • We will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. The damaged product should be sent back to us within 7 days after our confirmation. Products sent without consent from us will not be considered for replacement.
  • Kindly note that we are unable to send anyone to pick up the damaged product from your doorstep.
  • The product should be sent back to us with appropriate packing and the cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.
  • Once the damaged product is received and if we find the damage as valid we will replace with same product design if the product is available in stock. If the same product is not available in stock the recipient may choose any other product from the stock of same value.
  • Please make sure of confirming the dimensions/color/material of the product with us before purchase in case of any size, color or weight constraints. We will not exchange or refund in such case as well.
